Role duties

• Providing strategic advice to management on how the company can improve its operations to increase profitability.
• Recommending changes to organisational structures or business processes that will increase efficiency or productivity
• Working with senior management to create long-term strategic plans for the company
• Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitors so that strategies can be developed to beat the competition
• Monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities and threats to the company’s business model

Education: A candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in a field such as finance, economics or engineering. The candidate should also hold a master’s degree in business administration. Experience: We are looking for a round person, 10 - 15 years experience in a verity of industries and disciplines is required.

Role description:

• Manage the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects through a team of senior project professionals, coordinating the delivery by engineering managers and consultants to ensure safety, time, cost and quality outcomes meet business objectives and expectations.
• Ensure multi-disciplinary interfaces are managed, including internal delivery, outsourced work, delivery partners, service authorities and government agencies, operators, and interfacing significantly to ensure customer needs are met throughout the program and individual projects.
• Develop, implement, monitor and report on a strategic program plan, including individual project plans, ensuring the outcomes meet the diverse range of business, client and stakeholder requirements.
• Undertake negotiations and manage consultations and communications with clients, external bodies, community groups, unions, statutory authorities and key stakeholders on all program and project matter

Education and Skills - Experience managing and successfully delivering highly complex Programs of work. Certified Practitioner in MSP and PRINCE2. Bachelor degree in either Engineering, Commerce or Finance is required. To apply, send us your resume via the Contact form in the link below
